Heather and Korey contacted me after researching photos of their venue; searching hashtags on instagram for weddings at The Crystal Palace. Heather spotted a photo I’d shot in the summer at a wedding and posted to IG and after some digging, found a shot that I’d been tagged in that showed my mismatched cons. She found my contact info and after looking around at my images they decided to contact me. They traveled from Oshawa on a chilly Sunday morning to meet at the old Airforce Base in Picton.
Heather had me sold on wanting to do thier wedding with two words: Converse + Funnel-cake (this is their wedding theme btw)
We’d arranged to shoot the weekend before but were completely rained out. We met the property manager at the gate and, after a quick history lesson and some directions, found some awesome spots to shoot. A huge thanks to the manager of the facility for being great in showing us around! It helped confirm to Heather and Korey that they’d picked the right city to corral all their friends and family to next summer for their wedding.
